Honey Blueberry Muffins

Healthy Sweetened with Honey!

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
  2. Gradually add the remaining ingredients (excluding the blueberries) to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix with a wooden spoon or spatula until just blended.
  4. Add the blueberries to the mixture.
  5. Lightly and quickly fold the blueberries into the batter. (Note: If using frozen blueberries, the batter may thicken. This is normal.)
  6. Drop the batter into silicone liners, filling each to the rim.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. Allow the baked goods to cool completely before removing them from the silicone liners.
  9. Store in a plastic container.
