Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to us your expense. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Live bees, nucs and queens cannot be returned.

  • Downloadable products
  • Live bees, queens, packages and Nucs

Refunds

Physical products refundable for 15 days after purchase.   Contact us to arrange. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

We only work face to face locally.  We do not ship, nor do we accept returns via shipping.
