Welcome to Honey Top Bees. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of honeytopbees.com and to purchases made through our website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products, services, courses, and pricing. Colors, sizes, packaging, and other details may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions.
We may change product availability, descriptions, prices, or promotions at any time.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of an incorrect price, product availability, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other reasonable circumstances.
Payment must be received before an order is processed unless other arrangements have been made.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Honey Top Bees is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders are shipped from Honey Top Bees in Chapin, South Carolina.
Physical Products In-stock physical products are normally processed within 4 business days. Estimated carrier transit time is 3-7 business days after shipment. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Tracking information will be emailed when available.
Honey is shipped only to locations shown as eligible during checkout. We do not ship any glass containers, only plastic. Please contact us promptly if a shipment arrives damaged or leaking.
Live Honey Bees are available for local pickup only. Pickup dates and instructions will be provided after ordering. Weather and colony conditions may affect availability.
Online Video Courses Video courses are digital products and are not shipped. Access instructions are delivered electronically after purchase.
Local Pickup – Eligible products may be picked up in the Chapin, South Carolina area by appointment. Customers will be contacted when their orders are ready.
Delivery Delays: Carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery dates. Please contact Honey Top Bees if your shipment is damaged, lost or significantly delayed.
4. Live Bees and Queens
Live bees, queens, and other living products require special handling. Availability, pickup dates, and shipping dates may change because of weather, colony conditions, queen production, carrier restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must inspect live-bee orders promptly and notify us of any problem within the time stated in the applicable product description, pickup instructions, or live-bee policy. Additional terms listed on a live-bee product page are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
Honey Top Bees cannot guarantee the future performance, temperament, productivity, survival, or acceptance of bees or queens after delivery or pickup because these are affected by handling, weather, pests, disease, installation, management, and colony conditions.
5. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund eligibility may vary by product. Returns must be made within 15 days if eligible. Perishable products, food products, live bees, queens, downloaded files, and accessed digital courses are not refundable or returnable.
Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. We may request photographs or other information before approving a replacement or refund.
Live bees and digital courses are never returnable or refundable once the order is placed.
6. Digital Products and Courses
Digital downloads, videos, courses, plans, and other online materials are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use unless a different license is provided.
Purchasers may not copy, share, resell, publish, distribute, upload, or provide account access to another person without written permission from Honey Top Bees.
Course access may be suspended or terminated if access credentials or course materials are shared without authorization.
7. Email Communications
By placing an order, creating an account, registering for a course, or submitting your email address, you authorize Honey Top Bees to email you about:
Your order, payment, delivery, pickup, or account;
Product instructions, course access, or customer support;
Follow-up information related to your purchase;
Requests to review or provide feedback about a product, service, or course; and
Occasional Honey Top Bees news, products, classes, offers, or educational information.
You may unsubscribe from promotional and review-request emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional messages about an active order, account, course, or customer-service matter.
We do not sell your email address to third-party advertisers.
8. Educational Information
Information provided through our website, videos, courses, downloads, emails, or other materials is for general educational purposes. Beekeeping conditions vary by location, season, colony, equipment, and beekeeper practices.
You are responsible for evaluating whether information is appropriate for your circumstances and for complying with applicable laws, regulations, pesticide labels, and safety instructions.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content, photographs, videos, graphics, course materials, product designs, written materials, downloads, and Honey Top Bees branding belong to Honey Top Bees and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may not be reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honey Top Bees will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, bees, courses, or educational information.
Our total liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service involved in that claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
