March 29 2025 – Bee Handling Class

A bee suit and gloves are required for this class.

It does not replace the beginners’ class but gives you hands-on experience with the material taught in those classes.   

This is a hands-on class. We will open a hive, and Ray will show you how to handle frames, read a frame, inspect, do a mite test, mark a queen, install a package, etc.

Questions and personal attention will be given to each student.

Subject to good weather, it will be rescheduled if it is raining or under 60 degrees.

The class lasts about 2 hours.

Limited to 30 people.   Children over age 9 are welcome.
