Enjoy 100% pure, raw, unfiltered wildflower honey featuring a generous chunk of natural honeycomb. This “chunk honey” is simply a raw honeycomb taken straight from the beehive and immersed in our raw spring honey.

The delicate honeycomb is entirely chewable like gum.  As for the honey, enjoy spreading it on toast, biscuits, fruit, or sandwiches, or savor it on its own as a wholesome treat.

We’re committed to bringing you honey as close to nature as intended. Pure raw honey naturally crystallizes over time, taking anywhere from a month to a year, depending on storage conditions. Crystallization is a sign of quality, not spoilage, and doesn’t affect the honey’s nutritional value or usability.

If you prefer liquid honey, place the jar in a hot bath, replacing the cooling water with fresh hot water until the honey reliquifies. Do not microwave or add water to the honey.
