We’re committed to bringing you honey as close to nature as intended. Pure raw honey naturally crystallizes over time, a process that can take anywhere from a month to a year depending on storage conditions. Crystallization is a sign of quality, not spoilage, and doesn’t affect the honey’s nutritional value or usability.

If you prefer liquid honey, simply place the jar in a hot water bath, replacing the cooling water with fresh hot water as needed, until the honey reliquifies. Do not microwave or add water to the honey.
